Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless under circumstances wherein your session cannot be rescheduled. All bookings rescheduled by Priestess Wren will have their deposits transferred to the new booking.  If you wish to reschedule your session within at least 48 hours prior, your deposit will be transferred to a new booking within 30 days of the original appointment. If you do not re-book within 30 days your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit is required upon your next booking. Exception will be given to those who are traveling, in which case proof of address is required before a deposit is returned. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to an appointment will be subject to a charge of (half of the service rate) and will forfeit the deposit. This includes appointments where Priestess Wren cannot access the outcall property, is turned away, or the client is otherwise unavailable and not communicating.
